COLLECTION SCUM OIL , SLUDGE OIL AND POME WITH DESLUDGING WORKS
We propose purchasing and collecting solid scum oil at Palm Oil Mill on a per-metric-tonne basis, offering new methods to recover it from holding ponds, mixing ponds, or grid ponds, and reactivating micro biological activities.
MILL BENEFITS
- We will provide tools, equipment and excavator to transport out unsuitable solid from the pond to the dumping area after we have taken out the oil without any charges. (Dumping pond will be provided by the mill and being approved by DOE).
- The desludging cost will take by us. (Without any chargers)
- To repair the pond parameter bounds. To prevent the embankment from collapse and more damage. (If necessary)
- To prevent solid and oil carryover into the anaerobic pond.
- To improve the BOD levels of effluent flowing into aerobic pond.
- We will provide all the DOE application and documentation through DOE if necessary.
- To comply with RSPO and MSPO.

The estimated collection period for scum oil is 90-120 days, excluding rainy days, as it quickly freezes due to its higher FFA content.
